Healthcount for members
Healthcount is built for the long game. It stays quiet when things are stable, notices drift early, and suggests one useful next step at a time. No streaks, no shame mechanics, no daily logging requirements.
- Quiet by default - no notification overload, no pressure to engage daily
- Low-burden inputs: occasional weigh-in, optional activity/sleep, optional medication schedule
- Drift detection catches early signals before the scales change
- Clear signposting to clinical support when that’s the right next step
- Your data stays private - employers and insurers do not see individual data
What you actually use
Occasional weigh-ins
Not daily. An occasional weight datapoint helps keep the picture clear. It’s used as one signal among many - not as the only measure of progress.
Medication schedule (optional)
If you choose to set up a medication schedule, Healthcount can track your dose days and check in lightly if a dose is missed. This is entirely optional.
Activity and sleep (optional)
If connected, activity and sleep data can add useful context. Disrupted sleep or reduced activity can be early drift signals.
Short check-ins
Prompted only when signals suggest something may be shifting. Quick responses, not long questionnaires. Most of the time, Healthcount stays quiet.
What makes it different
No streaks or gamification
Healthcount doesn’t reward you for logging or punish you for missing a day. Maintenance is a long game - streak mechanics create the wrong incentives.
No shame mechanics
Drift is normal. Missing a dose is normal. The tone is always calm, practical, and non-judgemental. You won’t be made to feel bad about a quiet week.
One next step at a time
When Healthcount notices something, it suggests one practical next action - not a list of tasks. If the right step is to speak to your prescriber, it will say so clearly.
Your data stays private
Even if your employer or insurer is funding the programme, they do not see your individual data. Reporting is always aggregated and anonymised.
