Healthcount for members

Healthcount is built for the long game. One diary line a day becomes calorie balance, dose timing and a weight trend line. When the trend starts to drift, you find out early, with one useful next step. Measured, not moralised.

  • Log in one line; Healthcount works out calories, protein and dose timing
  • A weekly trend line separates signal from noise, so there is no pressure to weigh in daily
  • Drift detection catches early signals before the scales move
  • Clear signposting to clinical support when that's the right next step
  • Your data stays private: employers and insurers never see individual data
This page is general information and isn't medical advice. If you need personal guidance, speak to your prescriber, pharmacist, or clinician.

What you actually use

One-line food diary

Type what you ate in plain words and Healthcount turns it into calories and protein. Log as much or as little as you like; one line a day is enough for the maths to work, and nothing gets scored red or green.

Weight trend, not daily wobble

Weigh in when it suits you. Healthcount reads the weekly trend line, because a kilo of day-to-day wobble is mostly water and glycogen, not fat.

Dose tracking (optional)

If you set up a medication schedule, Healthcount tracks dose days and timing down to the half-life, and checks in if a dose is missed. Entirely optional.

Check-ins when signals shift

Short questions, prompted only when the numbers suggest something may be changing. Most of the time the signals are stable, so Healthcount has nothing to ask.

What makes it different

No streaks or gamification

Healthcount doesn't reward you for logging or punish you for missing a day. Maintenance is a long game, and streak mechanics create the wrong incentives. A week without logging is a gap in the data, not a failure.

Numbers without judgement

Drift is normal. Missing a dose is normal. The numbers inform you; they don't judge you. No red or green foods, no moralising, no cheerleading.

One next step at a time

When the numbers move, Healthcount suggests one practical next action, not a list of tasks. If the right step is to speak to your prescriber, it will say so clearly.

Your data stays private

Even if your employer or insurer is funding the programme, they do not see your individual data. Reporting is always aggregated and anonymised.
