Who they are
Click Pharmacy is a UK online pharmacy running consultation-led clinics, including a weight-management service. It's registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and you can check the number below on the GPhC register yourself.
Don't confuse it with Click2Pharmacy, a separate business with a similar name. Comparison articles mix the two up often enough that it's worth double-checking you're reading about, and ordering from, the one you intend.
How the consultation works
An online consultation reviewed by a prescriber before anything is approved. Requests can be declined on clinical grounds, which is what a real assessment looks like.
Delivery and support
Delivery: Home delivery across the UK, with next-day options at checkout.
Support: Support by phone and email, with clinical questions passed to the pharmacy team.
Good to know
- The only published GPhC inspection report we could find for Click Pharmacy dates from 2021 and found that not all standards were met at the time. That report is old, so it may not reflect the pharmacy today, but we'd rather tell you it exists than hide it. Check the GPhC register for anything newer before you order.
- Its Trustpilot review base is much smaller than the big pharmacies we track, so treat the headline score with more caution than usual and read a spread of recent reviews.
- Delivery is charged separately rather than bundled, so factor it in when comparing totals.
