Printable Mounjaro dose & units chart (UK)
Units, mL and mg for every UK pen strength on a U-100 syringe. It's free and nothing is hidden behind a sign-up. Print it, or save the page to your phone and pull it up when you need it.
The short answer
One labelled UK dose is 0.6 mL, which is 60 units on a U-100 syringe. That 60 units is the same whichever pen you hold. What changes is the milligrams inside it: 60 units is 2.5 mg from a 2.5 mg pen and 15 mg from a 15 mg pen, because units measure liquid, not drug.
The 0.6 mL per-injection volume comes from the Mounjaro product information, and every number on this page is derived from it. The full explainer shows the working. Last reviewed 25 July 2026.

The three numbers
Units
The marks on a U-100 syringe. 100 units = 1.00 mL.
mL
Volume of liquid. One UK dose is 0.6 mL, which is 60 units.
mg
The drug in that volume. Same volume gives more mg from a stronger pen.

Read down your pen's column to see what each volume contains. The mL column is the same whichever pen you have.

Before you use this
- This chart is arithmetic, not medical advice. Your prescriber decides your dose.
- The UK pen is designed for four weekly injections of 0.6 mL. Follow the instructions for use.
- Liquid left in a pen after four doses is there to make delivery accurate. The label still tells you to discard it.
- There is an in-use time limit after first use, so a pen can expire before the maths runs out.
- If a number here does not match what your clinic told you, go with your clinic and ask them.
