Healthcount in Ireland
Healthcount is a free tracker and a set of calculators for people losing weight, with or without medication. The Irish pages carry Irish money, Irish prescribing and the actual position on who pays here, which is not the same as across the water.
Quick answer on funding: as of 25 July 2026, Saxenda is the only weight-management medicine the HSE reimburses, and only under a managed access protocol. Mounjaro and Wegovy are private-pay while their applications sit with the HSE.
Ireland and the UK share more than people expect. Rather than write a second version of everything, we changed the things that genuinely differ and left the rest alone.
