What is Healthcount?
Healthcount is a sat-nav for GLP-1 maintenance. It stays quiet when things look stable, and it nudges you when signals suggest drift. Built for low-effort support over months and years.
- For members: low-burden check-ins, drift detection, and calm next-action prompts — no streaks, no shame mechanics
- For funders: anonymised, aggregated reporting on activation, retention, and maintenance signals — without individual data exposure
- Quiet-by-design: Healthcount only speaks when it has something useful to say
How it works
Low-burden inputs
Healthcount uses an occasional weight datapoint, optional activity and sleep trends, and an optional medication schedule with lightweight check-ins. It doesn't require daily food logging or extensive questionnaires.
Drift signals
Weight is a lagging indicator. Healthcount looks for earlier signals of drift — missed doses, appetite return, side-effect friction, disrupted sleep, reduced activity, or reduced confidence — so small changes are noticed before they become bigger setbacks.
Next useful actions
When drift is detected, Healthcount suggests one practical, low-effort next step. If the right next step is to speak to a prescriber, pharmacist, or clinician, Healthcount signposts clearly.
Quiet by default
Healthcount stays quiet when things look stable. No unnecessary notifications, no streak mechanics, no pressure. It speaks when it has something useful to say, and stays out of the way when it doesn't.
