No morning rules
Foundayo is a non-peptide molecule, so it absorbs without the ritual: take it any time of day, with or without food or water. Compare that with the Wegovy pill (oral semaglutide), which needs an 8-hour fast, no more than 120 ml of plain water, and a 30-minute wait before breakfast, every single day.
Same idea, very different mornings. If a strict routine is the thing that breaks your consistency, this difference matters more than a percentage point of trial results.

How long does it take to reach the top Foundayo dose?
About five months if you step monthly: 0.8, 2.5, 5.5, 9 and 14.5 mg for a month each, then 17.2 mg as maintenance. The label paces steps by tolerance, so your prescriber may hold you longer at any level, and plenty of people maintain below 17.2 mg.
How long does a fill last?
30 tablets, one a day, so 30 days exactly. Reorder about a week before your last tablet to cover the prescription check and shipping.
What does Foundayo cost in the US?
Three routes as of July 2026: LillyDirect self-pay starts at $149 a month for the lowest dose and tops out around $349; with commercial insurance and Lilly's savings card some people pay as little as $25 a month; and an eligible Medicare Part D pilot runs a flat $50 copay through the end of 2027. Do I have to take it on an empty stomach?
