How it works (quiet-by-design)

Healthcount is built for maintenance — it stays mostly quiet when you're stable, then steps in when the signals suggest drift, with one next useful action at a time (so it supports you without turning your life into a tracking project).

1) Set it up once (in under a minute)

Choose your dose day (optional), pick your notification style, and decide what you want to track. You can start with just an occasional weight datapoint and short check-ins — everything else is optional.

2) Stay quiet while you're stable

Most days, Healthcount asks for nothing. You'll see a simple status like Stable or Needs attention, one short reason, and one suggested next step (no streaks, no red/green scoring, no guilt).

3) Detect drift early (before it turns into regain)

Weight is treated as the lagging signal, so Healthcount looks for earlier signs such as missed doses, appetite return, lower activity, disrupted sleep, side-effect friction, or reduced confidence. When something looks off, it triggers a tiny check-in instead of demanding daily logs.

Example prompts:

  • "No weight logged for 4 weeks — add one datapoint?"
  • "Any missed doses or supply friction?"
  • "Sleep and activity dipped — want a simple reset for this week?"

4) One next useful action (not a lecture)

When drift shows up, Healthcount serves one small action that fits real life — a quick plan for your next dose day, a simple routine reset, practical self-care for common side effects, or clear signposting to clinical support when that's the right next step.

5) Share only what you choose

If you want, you can export a simple summary for an appointment. Your data stays under your control, and you can pause prompts any time.
